Manu Business Capital ("Manu," "we," "us," or "our") operates a referral platform that matches small and mid-sized U.S. businesses with third-party lenders and lending marketplaces. Manu is not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. All lending decisions, terms, rates, and fees are determined by the individual lender that ultimately funds your loan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and an authorized representative of the business for which you are requesting funding. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting funding offers. You are solely responsible for keeping your contact information up to date and for any consequences of providing inaccurate or outdated information.

4. No Guarantee of Approval or Terms

Submitting a request through the Services does not guarantee that you will receive an offer, that any offer will be approved, or that the terms of any offer will be acceptable to you. Funding amounts, rates, repayment terms, and fees vary by lender and depend on factors including credit history, time in business, revenue, and industry.

5. Communications

By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by Manu and our lending partners by email, phone, and SMS at the contact details you provide, including by automated means, regarding your request. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Manu or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
